I bought my first home in one of the worst housing markets this area has ever seen with the help of Sam Galbraith. The whole process in the beginning was very confusing, but Sam made it pretty easy by the time I got my first home. She is very patient and will reply within no more than 5 minutes and was always able to meet up within the hour, so you will be able to see listing before anyone and have your offer on the table right away. She is also very personable, so it doesnt feel like youre doing business, but more like working with a friend. She was also able to help me get an extremely great deal. I got a fully renovated home in the heart of Richland for no more than 5k over asking price, which in this market today is rare. She also invited me to a first time homebuyers meeting and was able to get my down payment fully covered by the state leaving me with the closing costs alone. The whole process only cost me 3k out of pocket and I even got money back in the end, so if youre trying to save some money and still get a nice place to call home shes the one to go to. Oh yeah, she also gave me a gift card to Home Depot when I got my keys!
