During the past couple of years my wife and I have talked about the need to downsize our home and property. We tried several times to sell our home with other agents but without success. Late last year we enlisted Shana as our listing agent to try for one last time to sell our home. We told Shana that we would have to find a suitable new home that met all our expectations in order to sell. We soon had a very good offer to buy our home and the pressure was on to find a new home. Shana worked diligently from the beginning to help us find a home we would love. The home we found, though beautiful, needed repairs from damage by Laura. Shana then performed the double, or triple, duty not only as our listing and buying agent, but also most of the work of the other selling agent for the new home. Shana was tireless and relentless in ensuring that all the repairs that needed to be made, were being made. She recruited and enlisted qualified contractors to help complete the repairs so we could meet a very tight deadline to close the sale of our old home. Without Shanas hard work, we would have never sold our existing home and now live in a new home we love. We very highly recommend Shana to anyone and everyone who wants to sell or buy a home.
