Graham was incredible to work with! He was always communicating with us in a prompt manner, we never had to wait for a response from him. Our deal with our home was a little different as there was a language barrier with the sellers, but also the seller's agent was new and it was her first sale. We ended up waiting and waiting for everything we needed, but Graham stayed on top of things for us! He was constantly checking in with us letting us know we were doing the right thing, and would just touch base to say "no word yet, hang in there". He even contacted the agency for the seller's to explain the situation and suggested that they may need assistance and that it was unacceptable to keep us waiting. This was our first home purchase and Graham walked us through everything, allowed us to ask a million and one questions, and was driving all over to meet us at multiple different walk throughs. I highly recommend Graham Pettengill, we was nothing short of great to work with.
