Alison was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were randomly connected with her and it was a blessing. This was our first home purchase, and we really didnt know much about the process. Alison took her time to hold our hands through the whole process. She knew details about each neighborhood we visited and didnt hesitate to point out issues she could see with various homes we saw. We especially had concerns about our credit and issues around financing etc. She was great at listening and then explaining why things would be ok on that front. But then she connect us with someone who had intimate knowledge of the underwriting process and he too was a complete blessing.
