Awesome experience...... Through social networking they had several showings lined up before the house even went on the market. At the listing meeting pointed me in the right direction of how to stage my house for the photos, and showings. Suggested an open house immediately after listing, Had over 20 families through my home, and House was under contract in THREE DAYS AFTER LISTING!!!!!!!! Not only did my home sell quickly Chris was very helpful in picking out the home I ultimately ended up buying. These guys are really in tune with what their customers want and need, And they are not shy about saying it like it is, which is a hard quality to find anymore. Most realtors say what you want to hear, I have experienced this before, and had bad buying and selling experiences. This is the second home I have worked with Jon and Chris on.....It cant get any better.
