Dianna Ackerman is a genuinely nice, considerate person and a superb realtor. She was personally interested in what we wanted in selling our house as well as buying a new house in Florida. She kept my wife and me informed and up to date at every step along the way from listing our house to the closing after it sold. She took action quickly, and she explained processes and procedures. She made suggestions and asked questions regarding what we wanted, needed, or should consider. In addition to selling our Kentucky house, she was also a Godsend in helping us buy a new house in Florida, by advising us in making decisions, and assisting with completing the seemingly unending stream of virtual forms and documents and signing them virtually by computer, including the closing. She facilitated in many ways what we had to do in the selling process. Dianna even accompanied me to my bank to do wire transfers to pay for our Florida house. When we had our telephone land line discontinued, our internet service provider, AT&T, cut off our internet service without informing me that internet service would also be stopped. The ISP refused to re-start my internet service. Dianna invited us to come to her office to access the internet so that I could continue the process of buying the Florida house. We appreciate so much all Dianna did in the process of selling our house but also her willingness to do so much to help us in buying the new house. She helped us to understand and work through the maze of online communication and completion of forms. On whatever scale might be used to rate her as a realtor, we would give her the highest possible score and still feel that she was not rated high enough. She went above and beyond what realtors normally do. Dianna always took appropriate actions and precautions for Covid 19 protection
