Upon getting married in 2020 we decided to sell my house and move into my husbands shop house. At first we wanted to sell FSBO. This was a very stressful decision that almost ended in divorce (just kidding). After a sale fell through we decided to get an agent. I loved my other real-estate agent but she was only half here and half in another town which my husband was cautious. He recommended Ken. I thought to myself, well he better be good because I had such an awesome experience with my last agent. Let me tell you all, Ken is AMAZING! You can tell he knows real-estate and everything involved inside out, top to bottom. He came in, said you need to do these things with a professional attitude and fun demeanor. He took care of everything! We sold the house no problems. Ken gets it done and we were so thankful to have him! In fact, I told him that at one point when approached with some things I had no idea! Highly recommend Ken to anyone.
