My husband and I have moved 5 times during our 34 years together. Each time, we used a real estate professional to help us find what we needed: purchasing a house and later, selling it; finding an apartment; finding and moving to a rental home in NY, and later, in Princeton Junction, NJ. They were adequate, which was all we were hoping for. Given our experience, that's all that we expected when we contacted Fara Espandi. We were mistaken. From the first meeting with Fara, it became clear that not only was she a pleasure to work with (she has a wonderful disposition, is open, friendly and really dedicated to finding exactly the right place for us), Fara does her homework. By the time we showed up at Fara's office, she had found, and immediately took us to the types of apartments we were interested in. The third apartment she showed us was perfect for our needs, and we fell in love with the layout and the building. We wanted that apartment. But, there was another individual who also wanted it. That was when we learned just how dedicated Fara is to her clients. She championed our application to the owner, explained our needs and background in detail. She believed in us and did everything she could to win the owners' approval. She really went above and beyond to make it happen for us, and she succeeded. As a result, we now live in the apartment of our dreams. We couldn't be happier. But that isn't all that Fara did for us. As we were making our moving plans, and then moving in, Fara would check in with us to see how we were doing. She made us feel welcome to the community and know that we could be in touch with her if we had questions. We have never worked with such a diligent, knowledgeable realtor. She was a delight to work with--such a lovely personality and dedication to her clients. If we move again, there is only one person we will ask to help us find our next residence: Fara Espandi. We recommend her without reservation. Fara is a gem.
