I met Michael a full year before I sold my home when he sold my neighbor's house. My neighbor highly recommended him but I was renting the house out at the time so I didn't list it with him. Michael made periodic contact throughout the year. He was not buggy or annoying, just always there reminding me he was ready to help sell my house. When I finally took the plunge he told me exactly what needed to be done to the house to make it saleable. He had the name and contact info of the perfect contractor to do repairs (fast, friendly, honest and very fairly priced - Pat Brenner). He was honest with me throughout the process, even when I didn't want to hear some of it. He was attentive and kept in good contact. I lived out of town and he bent over backwards to make the closing process easy on me despite the distance.

Julie Card is an excellent Realtor. We had unique circumstances and we were under a very strict deadline. Julie sent us lists of houses daily and as soon as we found one we were interested in looking at she could usually get us in to see it that same day. She kept in constant contact with us and kept us informed every step of the way. She helped us buy and sell our first home and purchase our second home. Our first home was through FHA and Julie is very knowledgeable on their protocol and inspection guidelines. Our second home was through the VA and was a "for sale by owner". Julie contacted the owners and went above and beyond to get us this amazing house! The VA can be confusing at times but Julie is excellent at explaining everything. We would definitely recommend her to help others find their dream home.
