Seth provided excellent service, and he went way above and beyond what is normally required to accomplish a sale. I am the conservator for an incapacitated person who owned a commercial building in Rigby, ID. The building was vacant, but a squatter was storing his personal property inside the building. Since I live in Boise it would have been very difficult for me to deal with this problem myself. Seth provided a referral for an attorney who was able to eject the squatter from the building. Seth then took the lead in getting the squatter's junk out of the building, and he was able to get the building sold at an acceptable price. Seth was also able to find me a tenant for another commercial building in Rexburg. He wrote up a five year lease contract for that building. I would not hesitate to recommend Seth Bagley to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.
