Paul is simply the best! My house was sold in under 24 hours, for $10K above ask, and set the record for price per sq ft in my neighborhood. This was able to happen because Paul and his team put in the work and dedication before the house went on the market. He brings professionalism and class to a new level for brokers in the Northwest Florida area. His marketing skills and ideas are unmatched. Paul just does not let the house sit and sell itself. He is proactive and tenacious. He and his team worked to powerwash and clean the house to make it as presentable and sellable as possible. As amazing as Paul is, he is backed with an extremely competent and capable team. Together they bring a sense of confidence and commitment that is rarely seen. Pauly and his team have been the most amazing people I've EVER had the pleasure of working with. I have an especially deep appreciation for his knowledgeable assistant, Tracy for talking me through each step of the process; easily answering any and all questions I had. They worked quickly and efficiently getting paperwork written up and keeping in contact with not only the seller and my loan officer, but also contractors, inspectors, appraisers, you name it! Their web of connections runs deep, and they have past experience working with countless local businesses that you'll likely need to contact in your home buying process, making each step that much easier for you. I'm currently stationed OCONUS, and the timezone I'm in is 6 hours behind Florida time. As you can imagine, I needed to take care of things in a timely manner... on Florida time. Paul and Tracy were so awesome, working late into their own evenings sometimes, which took enormous amounts of stress off my plate. In my case in particular, because of issues with the loan, they helped me through the process not once but TWICE, for a total of about 4 months of hard work. I was constantly impressed with the speed and quality of their work, and genuine enthusiasm that they had no matter the circumstance. You can tell by the way they work that they love their job, and they truly care about getting you into the home you want. I wish I could give Pauly and his team an extra star because they went above and beyond for me and I'd like to do the same for them, I just hope this review helps get them the business they deserve because they WILL make the home buying experience the best it can be.
