Of the many real estate transactions I have entered, selling my fathers home in Granada Hills with Stephanie Vitacco and her team was by far the smoothest and easiest of them all - along with an incredible result. This home sale had all the makings of being terribly difficult and complicated for various reasons and was one I had dreaded knowing my whole life at some point I would be responsible for. Not only was it the easiest, but Stephanie obtained 13 offers for the property, and in this cooling market we closed our deal quickly, efficiently, and at a price well over the hoped for but not expected asking price. Stephanie stayed ahead of any perceived problems and I have never seen anyone work harder to sell a house. (One day she and I team-worked and together and the two of us moved many heavy pieces of furniture - in high heels no less - from various rooms in my fathers house into the garage in order to have a more successful staging for our showings) I have no doubt that behind the scenes there was incredible stress pulling this difficult sale through, and while the positive bottom line results that were obtained were communicated to me, the stress was not. The only glitch in the transaction was one day that the buyers realtor unethically approached us personally at our home - showing up uninvited and unexpected at an appraisal - and tried to bully my elderly father to pay for something in the contract that Stephanie had upfront and with no guise negotiated in our favor. He threatened my dad that this could cause the sale of his house to fall through and the vision of seeing my dad shake at his words still infuriates me. This realtor had not done his due diligence as Stephanie had and advised his clients to sign based on their trust of him with no further negotiation. They were angry with him for his sloppiness and he wanted my father to pay for his mistake. Stephanie and her team quickly took this worry away from us, stood strong in their principles, and the matter was resolved favorably to us. Stephanie and her team are worthy of your total and complete trust in their expertise of selling your home an I give them my highest recommendation without reservation.
