Anne is a one of a kind agent. My wife and I were looking for a 2nd home in the desert and our initial budget was established. Anne was very conscientious of this and showed us many options within the price range, even though we kept creeping higher when seeing some of the nicer homes online. We ended up making offers on three homes and thankfully the third offer was accepted. The home we ended up with was so perfect and beautiful that we are pinching ourselves whenever we are there. Anne handled the negotiations with finesse and helped us as out-of-town buyers line up all the inspections. Afterward Anne helped us in establishing services and utilities as well. Overall the experience was outstanding. If you are looking for an agent that who is low-key, personable, who knows the desert market, and will work to find you the perfect home, we would recommend her highly.
