We are from Idaho and worked with Heidi for a year to find the right house! But she hung in there with us and we finally did find the house we needed and wanted. And through the whole search she always seemed happy to do whatever it took to try to help us find a house. She was always so nice and upbeat! We looked at and walked through many, many houses and she spent an incredible amount of time working for us. She must have sent us listings on a daily basis to look over, since we were usually out of state. But the characteristic that I appreciated the most was her availability and willingness to communicate with us. She always answered her phone, texts, and emails. (It was like we were the only people she was helping.) Heidi promptly answered all inquiries and found answers to any property questions we had, which I cannot say was the case about the RE agents we had met before Heidi. She is still very helpful as we are trying to find contractors, etc. to do some work on the house we bought. Heidi and her team have continued to guide us to finding the right people to help us in a new town. I would say that she definitely earned her commission with us and we appreciate it so much!

Matt Meyer was our realtor as we looked for a home in the St. George area. Since we were from Las Vegas, we were not familiar with St. George, however, I had identified a home on the internet that looked interesting. Zillow matched us up with Matt and, when we drove to St. George, we met Matt and he showed us the house I had seen on the internet as well as three additional houses. Matt did a terrific job picking out houses in different areas of St. George which gave us a feel for the various environments around the area. The second home he showed us we fell in love with and ended up buying!Matt has a very pleasant, easy-going style which made us feel really comfortable, and he is extremely knowledgeable about the area and prices. He went out of his way to follow-up on questions that we asked and was terrific helping us communicate with the sellers.
