We met Eric through Zillow and he was very easy to communicate with. While he didn't have many specifics in regard to the particular house we went to view (I asked for a meeting asap/same day so this is more than understandable), he was immediately impressive in that there was no pitch. He wasn't upselling or pushy about anything, honestly a very first for me with a realtor. He was attentive, honest, more than helpful to look things over thoroughly with us, and give honest feedback/suggestions. He listened and while more than willing to give answers to questions, he even appropriately detailed questions he couldn't ethically answer. I felt he had my wife and I's best interests in mind (which is EXACTLY what every realtor should do). This is, in my very opinion, is the type of person you should consider when making a purchase with something as big and important as a home.
