I was very fortunate to have found Darin Thomas when I first started looking at houses in Salt Lake City. He was very professional, patient and flexible, always answered every call or text no matter what time of day or night it was. He proved his flexibility several times, meeting me at houses at various times of day and even kept looking at houses he knew Id like with my father while I was out of town for a month. He went out of his way to scope out the neighborhood, get friendly with potential neighbors and genuinely wanted to ensure it was the right house for me. I found the perfect house within 7 weeks of originally looking and I felt that he was with me every step of the way and always felt he was working on my side to make the home purchase as simple and successful as possible. His hard work ethic was very much respected and appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
