I really like Cesar as a person, but on a few occasions it seemed as if he wasn't paying attention to the things I would tell him. Things like "the listing says our house is a two bathroom and it is actually a 3 and a half bathroom home," and "we don't want to reduce the asking price of our home by $20,000." After a couple of emails on the topic and one phone call, a friend in real estate told me that my home listing price had been dropped by $20,000 on MLS. Not believe it clearly stating to Cesar that we didn't want to do that, I went to see for myself and it was true. The final straw was that the listing still read 2 bathrooms. I believe that Cesar knows his business, but I didn't feel like he paid attention to what we were saying to him, or responded to correction, and we felt we needed to find someone to sell our home who listed and responded better than Cesar did. I'm writing this review because I am upset that we had to make a change that will cost time. This should not have been necessary.
