Peggy Glunt is a great realtor with whom to work. She is conscientious and has an eye for details. She was introduced to us when we purchased a home for our daughter in Garden City. She made sure that our daughter saw homes that coincided with her personal preferences. Our daughter was able to decide on a home in a weekend because Peggy was so good at matching those preferences to home offerings in the area. She communicated with us throughout the whole home purchase process even though we could not travel to Garden City. She was available for questions and was knowledgeable about the area and its standards. When our daughters job changed, we went to Peggy to sell the home. We knew that she would make sure that we were satisfied with the sale of the home. She had local services in place to clean the home and make the needed repairs to make the home more saleable. She also maintained close contact with us to let us know how the showings were going. Our home was on the market for only a couple of days before it was sold. I would heartily recommend Peggy to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home in her area. She is a great agent!
