From the very beginning we were impresses with Zach and his team. Zach spent an hour with us before we started the home search process and answered all our questions. We felt confident that Zach and his team would represent our best interests when looking for our first home. Randy White was our agent and he also spent tons of time explaining the process and showing us places all over Olympia. He was very patient as we worked out our indecisiveness and remained positive the entire time. Randy took care of negotiating our deal and always responded to our emails with consistency and speed even after normal business hours and on the weekend. What a difference it makes to have someone experienced in the business take care of you like that! Working with Zach Entwistle and his team was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our first contact with Zach was several months prior to listing our home. We were knew we were still a few months away from selling, but wanted to be intentional about choosing the best realtor. We are currently living out of state and needed someone we could trust from a distance. After researching and interviewing a couple realtors in the area, we came to the conclusion that Zach was our number one choice. The months leading up to listing our home for sale, Zach was great at keeping in contact to check on our status and to keep us updated on current market trends in our area. Communication is one of his strengths. When we decided it was time to list, Zach and his team walked us through the entire process. The property was previously a rental and we are currently living out of the area. Zach was able to recommend contractors and a stager (who all did phenomenal work) to get our place ready to show. Networking is another one of Zach's strengths. Zach had a photographer come in to take shots of the property and promptly listed it and initiated a "marketing bliss." Marketing, yet another one of Zach's strengths. Just over two weeks later, our house was sold. There are very similar listings in our neighborhood, that were listed before our property and still have not sold.I credit our success to Zach Entwistle and his fabulous Real Estate team.
