Kirsten Anderson helped me find my dream home! It was a tight market, with houses going under contract within days of listing, and I needed to get out of my current house really quickly. We found the right house and put in an offer the first day it was listed. There were so many variables -- multiple offers on the house, my need to move before closing, and quite a bit of back and forth negotiating, but she managed it all perfectly, always staying in touch and keeping me posted of the developments. It was so easy to work with her!I also worked with Zach a little to see if my current house could sell for what I needed. He put the time into crunching the numbers and we learned that it wouldn't work, but I really appreciated his candor and effort, even though we didn't end up listing (but he suggested renting and it worked perfectly). When we met he asked what I wanted in an agent and I said I wanted someone who would really listen to me and be realistic, and he did just that. When it's time to sell that house, I'll be going back to him.

We had a complicated predicment from the start. We were purchasing a new home out of state, and needed to sell our home as quickly as possible. Zach didn't flinch at what we were asking of him. What I love most about him is his honesty and transparency. He was very clear about his hopes and expectations out of our transaction. We listed our home on a Thursday, and had 6 offers by Sunday, selling our house for over $10,000 above asking price! What a blessing he and Cole have been to us. Not only did they work hard for us,but they were great about answering questions and concerns with a teacher's heart. I appreciate Zach and his team for making selling our home easier. If we were staying in WA, he would be our realtor for life. Since we now live in ID, we plug his name at any chance we have. Thank you Zach for all you have done for us!
