I want to drop you a note telling you how wonderful it has been dealing with Mr. English. He has been representing us for a purchase in Smyrna, DE. There has been many challenges during this purchase but Maurrell has stepped up to the plate to address. In fact the issues should have been addressed by the selling agent not the purchasing agent. We have since settled but was and not really sure if it was ever going to happen because of the selling agent over looking many many issue. Words cannot even begin to express the pleasure we have in the dealings with Maurrell. He brings nothing but as I like to say (his A game), he is always very professional in every aspect down to the point of helping me keep my composure, which at times I was ready to lose. I really feel terrible for what we have put him through during this entire process but in the end he made all turn out for the very best. I really wanted to speak to his manager in person as I feel email does not even being to show the emotions I am expressing about him. Thank you so much for providing an Agent that is very detailed orientated and committed to his customers. I amsure you I will be putting Maurrell?s name out there when and where I can.
