From the start of our home purchasing process, Delfina was incredibly helpful. In our area, homes go very fast so realtors and purchasers alike have to be diligent and timely. Because Delfina embodies these traits we were able to be the first potential buyers to see the property. She advised us to make an offer ASAP if we were interested and we did. Within 48 hrs we were under contract with the seller. I firmly believe that if she hadnt been so organized and efficient we would not have been able to purchase our property. Fast forward to the day before we were supposed to sign for the place when we conducted a thorough walk-through of the property with Delfina. Upon entering the home we discovered that the previous tenants had left a fair amount of furniture. Delfina went to bat for us as she had throughout the whole buying process and immediately took pictures of said furniture and sent them to the people managing the property telling them they needed to remove the items. In less than 24 hrs the furniture was moved and the property was thoroughly cleaned. Delfina saved us a huge amount of time and money through her due diligence! It was a true pleasure working with Delfina and I highly recommend her!
