Hi there, I recently moved my family from KC to STL, and someone at work recommend Damian Gerard to help me. I was in need of finding a new home FAST! My job was sending me last minute, and offered to help by putting us in a hotel or rental space till we found our new home.. I was not about to do that to my wife and kids! When I contacted Gerard group, I was set up with Ryan Zimmer. This young man was extremely knowledgeable with the area, (which I was clueless) and helped direct us to the right areas. I have to admit, my wife can be a little pushy sometimes :) and Ryan completely understood the situation and respectfully helped guide us in the right direction. This is our third house together, and felt we were real estate (experts). I could tell Ryan had dealt with people like us before, because he was not offended when we might of stepped on his toes a bit when visiting a few properties, he gently explained his view point, and why he felt the way he did, and I am so grateful for that. Ryan was very available, and open to meeting us on his weekends. Spending all day long showing us different properties that he had well prepared and organized for us. With our little available time to meet with him, and temporarily living out of state, I was very impressed by the hard work he displayed when we finally traveled here to see the houses. Coming from Kansas City, we had always used Reece & Nichols to find our homes, and we always recommended them.. but after this experience with Ryan, Keller Williams, and the whole Gerard Realty Group, we will never recommend anyone else to go through. Ryan's pure professionalism, poise, dedication, and organization skills led us to a very successful, easy, and happy move. We have been in our house here in Chesterfield now for 3 months. We love our neighbors, and our whole community. Our two daughters are happy with their transition to their schools, (Marquette High-School, and Crestview Middle).
