When my wife and I decided to buy a second home in Colorado, we weren't sure which area was the best fit. We found agents in Breckenridge, Vail Valley and Winter Park. We scheduled several market visits, each time heading out to see what was available in each location. The realtors all knew they only had a 1 in 3 chance of making a sale. She seemingly works 24/7, happily responding any time we had a question or concern. The property we bought was at the low end of the Vail Valley market, but Kris consistently treated us as if we were buying one of the multi-million dollar homes there.We've bought and sold a number of homes over the 25+ years my wife and I have been married. I can say, without reservation, Kris Bruce is the absolute best agent we've ever had.
