My wife and I met Charlie at an open house when we were at the beginning of a relocation from Houston to Oklahoma City. We were looking for a home in Mesta Park and had been referred to multiple other Agents who were knowledgeable of all of OKC, but did not specialize in any specific area. From our first time meeting Charlie, we were impressed with her knowledge of the area we were interested in. We arranged with our Relocation company to use Charlie. My wife had searched The listings and had a list of approximately 50 homes she was interested in. Charlie was able to narrow the list to about 10 after learning more about us and what our tastes and preferences were. She setup viewings and was able to fit them all into the single visit we had. We fell in love with 1 home.Charlie was able to expertly guide us through reasonable offers. She helped line us up with a structural engineer, excellent home inspector and reputable plumber for the inspection process. She helped us Negotiate and close all within about 40 days of our initial offer. Charlie not only guided us through the process to help us make a great decision in a stressful relocation, but she also has helped us adjust to the area and given recommendations on the area.
