I was living in my dream home, but due to an unexpected job change/relocation I had to sell my house in a hurry... and find a new home 70 miles away. The most daunting concern was that I needed to make the transaction a coordinated affair, selling one dream home and finding another at nearly the same time... and in the middle of the winter. By the time I finished my introductory call with Dawn I new I was in the best of hands. We had a plan, a timeline and contingency plans in place. Within 2 days my home had been photographed and listed. Within 24 hours after listing I had a FULL PRICE offer! I couldn't believe it... did this really happen! I know this was unusual to get a full price offer so quickly, but WOW!Over the next 45 days Dawn kept us completely informed, I never had to wonder where things stood as the sale approached the closing date. When there were no major developments Dawn would still call just to say "no new developments!" and ask how we were doing. Before my home closed Dawn and her team (she has an amazing network of folks in Western Montana) had found my family a new home on the water! Two days of our house hunting we had temps well below zero and conditions that were... horrible (< zero degrees, snow, ice, drifts, etc) Dawns team braved the conditions and I know we got the new house purely because we were the only people out house hunting in the foul weather. Others had viewed our new home on-line, but we were the only ones that actually visited/toured it (we were the only tracks in the snow!). We fell in love with the house immediately and Dawns team visited the house 3 times in the following two days with us. Dawn had us set up with an inspector in within 3 days and when he performed his inspection it was negative 12 degrees... I would suspect I was the only person that had an inspector show up in the entire county that week. Don't know how she did it... I'm just thrilled/amazed/grateful she made it happen.Dawn and her team negotiated a fantastic price for us. I was honestly willing to pay a bit more, but she was able to strike a bargain that both parties were happy with. Again, she and her team kept me informed every single day.The entire process was very emotional for me. Change this significant and quick can be hard. Dawn took such good care of me and my family, and still touches base with me to see how we are doing. I don't think I could be happier with the entire process. I know Dawn is busy, but I always felt like I was her one and only client.
