Spencer was wonderful to work with. We met him at an open house completely out of our price range (we just wandered in for kicks), and he still took the time to talk to us and offer advice. He's very knowledgeable about the DC area, and went above and beyond what was expected in order to help us find a place we wanted in our range. Spencer actually listened to what we wanted (which seems rare these days) and tailored searches to fit our needs. We ended up putting in an offer and closing a deal while we were out of town, and everything was done via phone, which wasn't an easy task. He negotiated aggressively to get us a place we really love, and didn't just drop us once the paperwork was done. He's touched base with us post-closing and even offered more advice on parking real estate.I would HIGHLY recommend Spencer to anyone looking for an agent!
