Here I am the day before Thanksgiving sitting in my Very First Home!!What a amazing & satisfying journey I have had with Glenn Nilsen. When I first met Glenn about a year and a half ago, I knew from the first time I spoke with him that he was someone I definitely wanted to continue with in my first purchase. I let Glenn know that I was very nervous & had no knowledge of the Real Estate Buying Process. He comforted me with alot of insight about the process. At the time I still had work to do to reach the point of being ready to buy. I didn't even have a pre-approval letter yet but Glenn set me up on his website so I could receive houses to look at. Glenn checked in with me often to see how my search was going, keeping my spirits up. Glenn knew how determined I was & I didn't have alot of funds to work with. He was always there cheering me on. When I finally got my pre-approval letter I met with Glenn & there just happened to be a house available in my price range. I made an offer up against one other person. I lost the first bid but Glenn kept my offer on the table just in case the situation changed. And it did. Glenn notified me immediately that the other person had backed out of the deal. I was so excited. From that point my offer was accepted, & I was signing documents. The process went so smooth & efficient. When I reached the part of the process of setting up for Home owners Insurance I was so confused. Called Glenn & he immediately met with me to help me out. I have always heard all the nightmare stories of buying. With Glenn at my side helping me every step of the way & meeting with me at the drop of a dime I was absolutely blessed with a great agent with a true Heart Of Gold. Glenn has a true & honest passion in helping people making their dream come true of owning a home. Glenn is a valuable agent in serving the community.When I got the call from Glenn to come and pick up your keys I couldn't get there fast enough. When I got to his office he greeted me with that big smile he always has. Then I received a special notebook with a picture of the home I had bought on the front & SOLD printed across it. Inside the notebook lots of valuable information for me, separated into sections, making it easy for me. And a beautiful bag with 530 REALTY GROUP printed on the front in gold. Then with the passion in his eyes that has been there from the beginning he handed me the keys expressing the joy he has in making dreams come true, the joy & satisfaction of handing me the keys & seeing the HAPPINESS on my face. Glenn truly loves what he does & his DEDICATION & PASSION IS UNSURPASSABLE!!!!!! I will definitely be keeping in touch with Glenn, because he's not just my Real Estate Agent, I consider Glenn a friend.P.S. I also received a Scentsy Candle, "Chasing Fireflies" What a great First Home Gift. I cried tears of joy when I plugged it in & seeing the fireflies dancing on the wall. It brought back a very special memory of my Dad & I catching fireflies in a mason jar in Ohio. I'm so Grateful for Glenn & the satisfying journey he took with me in buying MY FIRST HOME ??????I LOVE MY FIRST HOME ??
