Linda was the first person we met in Silver City and she is one of the reasons we decided to relocate permanently.Her warmth and genuine interest in finding the "right house" are matched by her knowledge of the area. Linda went out of her way to introduce us to the neighborhoods, housing trends and local amenities. One of the homes she showed us was in a great location, move-in condition and had all of the right amenities. She could tell that I was not very enthusiastic and she helped us arrive at a decision that worked for all of us! I would have missed a great opportunity if not for Linda.As a consequence, we have had the good fortune of having Linda manage subsequent real estate transactions.
