Mr. Christian Silva is the person you want help you find your next home. I had a lot of problems with finding a house while being on military orders, busy with school, and making one work for me. Mr. Silva took the time to look for properties not only during his working hours, but he looked on his off time. I never not had an empty email inbox because he took the time to make sure I had options to look at. Between my busy schedule, only certain times is when I can see the houses. Mr. Silva made sure to accommodate and to satisfy my needs. His knowledge on houses, building types, and building materials is excellent. He guided me and made sure to look at certain areas of the house and to let me be aware of potential problems or this is what I would want in a home. His professionalism talking to mortgage brokers, sellers, other realtors, and to me was first class. He never talked down to you and made you feel like you are over your boundaries. He cares. He will give you his professional opinion and won't steer you wrong. Documents were always delivered on time and exactly when he said he will send them. He called when he said he will call and he made things happen. His negotiation skills are one of the best. He was spot on what he thought the house will go for and once the appraisal came back, he negotiated a better deal adventitious to me. Not only would I recommend him to anyone, but I will certainly use him when its time to buy my next house or rentals.
