As first time home buyers, there were so many unknowns going into this process, but Carol made our entire homebuying experience really smooth and memorable. Carol spent so much time helping us find the perfect home and was patient and understanding of our needs the entire time. She was incredibly responsive and always helped us when we asked for it. If she didn't know the answer to a question (and there were lots of questions since it was all new to us), she found the answer quickly. During the many house tours, we always felt comfortable sharing what we really thought and whether or not it was going to work for us. She never rushed us or let us settle. Once we found our home, she worked fast to get us moved in only 30 days! It went so smoothly, I still can't believe it. I really can't say enough good things about our experience working with Carol. It was a privilege to have Carol as our realtor when buying our first home. Carol became my realtor by happenstance, yet it turned out to be the best thing that happened to me in my home buying journey. She arranged for me to view my current home within the hour of my call, which was just a few hours after it was listed. I decided to make an immediate offer and since this was my first solo home buying experience, I relied on her guidance when writing that offer. Carol began to communicate with the seller's agent that very evening and kept me in the loop the entire time. Once the offer was accepted she was gracious with my request to get back into the home for pictures and measurements and always responded to my many questions in a timely manner. In addition to the above, she was truly excited for me. I felt like I had my own private cheerleader throughout the entire home buying experience.
