Carol became my realtor by happenstance, yet it turned out to be the best thing that happened to me in my home buying journey. She arranged for me to view my current home within the hour of my call, which was just a few hours after it was listed. I decided to make an immediate offer and since this was my first solo home buying experience, I relied on her guidance when writing that offer. Carol began to communicate with the seller's agent that very evening and kept me in the loop the entire time. Once the offer was accepted she was gracious with my request to get back into the home for pictures and measurements and always responded to my many questions in a timely manner.
