When we first started looking to buy a home, I wanted to find someone that knew the Monroe area, was familiar with looking at the older homes, and would be willing to go the extra mile in this very competitive seller's market. Working with Brian was a great experience, and he far exceeded any expectations we had.Unless he had a prior appointment, Brain would meet me at a new listing within little notice, and had no problems with showing us the same house more than once if we needed. He worked with us to put together a solid offer, and even worked hard with the seller's agent to help win us the contract.Some people in a customer service driven job can make you feel like your business is an inconvenience for them.
