Working with Erin was a breeze from start to finish. We were relocating from out of state and had very little knowledge of the area. Erin gave us an initial overview and then once we defined our needs and wants set up a full weekend to tour several properties on our next trip. Erin was able to quickly identify which types of homes suited us and didnt waste any time showing us properties that wouldnt have been a fit. She gave timely and direct feedback on the pros and cons of each home we inquired about and made herself available to conduct several virtual tours since we were out of town. While the market has been extremely competitive ultimately we had an accepted offer on a house we only toured virtually. She worked to resolve many questions while under contract and made sure we achieved our desired closing date. We trusted that Erin fully understood our preferences and when we needed guidance as first-time homebuyers. Mark and his team are FANTASTIC. Back I'm December my wife and I purchased a rental property with the team and the experience was so amazing that when it was time to list one of our other properties a few months later... the choice was a NO BRAINER. We had an accepted offer soon after. Unfortunately during the process we discovered that the old owners had been left on the deed of the home (A huge mistake by our previous real estate attorney). This is where we truly saw how much both Mark and his team cared about us and our property. Throughout the lengthy process of trying to untangle our previous attorney's mess, we were assured of Mark's concern and care, DAILY with both phone calls and text messages from him and the team.
