It has taken me a few weeks since moving into my new home, to write this review.Ted de Fazio sold my condo and facilitated the purchase of my new home as well. My experiences with him far surpassed my expectations. He is an amazing person and a skilled agent with his finger on the pulse of the Sacramento area, and I wanted to take time to write a review that did justice to his professionalism, work ethic and people skills. After hearing about my experiences with Ted, my cousin, visiting from the east coast, finally got to meet him. Her comment was, "I wish that I were moving to Sacramento so that I could buy a home here and work with Ted." This comment came from the very reserved matriarch of our family.Ted responds quickly, if he doesnt have the answer, he gets it. He listens to your aEURoewish list,aEUR? takes it seriously and takes time to breakdown terms and concepts. In the midst of our search, I started to have some knee problems, which turned my list upside down. No problem- he changed his focus and delivered.This is the fifth property that I have purchased in the area. I have never before had an agent who helps box and move excess clutter. His advice is priceless as is his sense of humor. My only regret is this may well be my Dream Home, which means that I might not get a chance to work with Ted again. Darn!
