Having recently sold our home with David as our listing agent I felt it was important for me to let everyone know just how good he and his team are at their job. Selling our family home after 25 + years was scary, but David mad my wife and I comfortable from day one. Our home was outside of the usual area that Ellen Rosenbaum Real Estate Inc. serves, but David rose to the challenge and did a tremendous amount of work learning about the Somerville/Bridgewater area and how to properly price and sell our home. He walked us through the proper way to show the home and was tremendous in negotiations and in keeping us involved as the process played out. He knew our questions before we would even get them out at times. I can't recommend David and his team enough if you are buying or selling a home in the Central New jersey area.

David Rosenbaum contacted me out of the blue in the middle of the COVID-19 in March 2020.He said he had a client who wanted to buy our house. This was a big surprise as we did not sell the house in 2019 and ended up renting the house for a year.Over the next 4 months, David and his assistant Gina worked with me and my attorney virtually on closing the transaction. We closed last Friday! Besides having to deal with many new processes, processes remotely and working with my tenant, David was a dual agent on our sale. He also handled the sale of the buyers home. On top of all of this, the buyer assumed our lease so that we may close sooner.All in all, David and Gina were calm, managed our expectations, jumped in to help and completed our sale when we did not think it was possible.
