I set out to buy a house for my son and I. I had a lot requirements to meet for my wants and needs. Rachele met with me to discuss the process. Within two days Rachele had a list of homes to look at that fit my parameters. House number three was it for me. Rachele guided me through the process as I was looking at a V.A. loan. We made an offer , the sellers counter offered and I accepted. 5 weeks after beginning my hunt I had my keys and I was moving in. Rachele always had my needs at the top of her list. I will always recommend Rachele Murphy and their team. I never had an unanswered question or felt confused at any point. Buying a home isn't usually an easy thing but it sure seemed that way on this purchase. Even weeks after my son and I moved in I received a call to ask how things were going and if I had any questions. For me this is the kind of service I'd expect and she nailed it. If I buy or sell in the future Rachele is the agent for me. If the review would allow it I'd have given her 6 stars!
