I very rarely write reviews but in this case I would like for everyone to know what a wonderful experience we had with Joanna Schlansky. I have never used her but I have used numerous realtors in the past on property in which I have bought and sold. I first met Joanna in Burlington at a home that was selling. Being a realtor myself, in the past in Reading I knew all the questions to ask. She completely and honestly answered each and every question I asked. I hired her on the spot. This was not an easy home to put on the market, meaning probate court was involved. She handled it like a professional. Even calling my lawyer and making sure I had all the documents that I needed. To be very honest, there is not a realtor that I would hire again but her. I have the utmost confidence in Joanna. She does what she says. You just cant find a people like that anymore. I would greatly recommend this Elite Realty Experts, Joanna Schlansky to anyone that is needing a honest and reliable realtor. You are the best very impressed! We are truly blessed to have worked with Vicky as our real estate agent. We are first-time home buyers so we had very minimum idea of what to look for in buying a house. Vicky gained our confidence after our first meeting with her. She walked us through the whole process in a very structured manner. We began house search in the midst of pandemic but Vicky's organizational skills and experience made it all a very comfortable journey for us. Joanna is THE BEST realtor around. We sold our house, bought a new one had a baby all in the middle of a freaking pandemic!! We couldn't have done the first two without Joanna!! She's meticulous, tenacious and a pro at what she does. She's been with us every step of the way guiding us and making sure we don't miss anything. We really appreciate her keeping on top of things, especially since we have been busy and stressed during these difficult Covid times. She found us a house we LOVED and helped us put our house on the market. She's a great listener, negotiator and she's been very patient with us all through the process explaining every step, and always acting in our best interests.
