Mary represented us as a buyers agent. With the technology available today, some doubt the value of having a realtor engaged on their behalf. We could not have been as successful without her. Mary knows the area and since it is a smaller mountain town, she knows many of the trades and others needed to get through a home purchase. She was flexible with her schedule, as we blew into town for the weekend, set on buying a home, so had to view a number before finding aEURoethe oneaEUR?. Mary guided us through the negotiation and we felt very good about our accepted offer. We are out of state buyers so Mary stayed engaged throughout our home inspection, appraisal and pre-possession walkthrough. She took videos for us and held conversations with different tradespeople performing our inspections so she had an understanding of any issues and could relay information back to us. Post sale she made sure the home was locked up and keys etc. were left accessible for when we can return. The most important part to us was that Mary was a great person to work with. Personable, fun and answered all questions from the aEURoeengineeraEUR? buyer. I highly recommend Mary, and her agency. The support she received, when needed, was also professional and timely. If we consider investment property in the area, we will definitely call Mary.
