2021 was a very challenging year for my family. We, along with the rest of America, were exhausted from the string of lockdowns thats plagued LA County and we were looking for a quite aEURoegetawayaEUR? close to our home. My wife and I finally landed on the beautiful mountain community of Lake Arrowhead in SBC and quickly realized it was time for mountain living. Mary represented us as a buyers agent. With the technology available today, some doubt the value of having a realtor engaged on their behalf. We could not have been as successful without her. Mary knows the area and since it is a smaller mountain town, she knows many of the trades and others needed to get through a home purchase. She was flexible with her schedule, as we blew into town for the weekend, set on buying a home, so had to view a number before finding aEURoethe oneaEUR?. Mary guided us through the negotiation and we felt very good about our accepted offer. We are out of state buyers so Mary stayed engaged throughout our home inspection, appraisal and pre-possession walkthrough. She took videos for us and held conversations with different tradespeople performing our inspections so she had an understanding of any issues and could relay information back to us. Post sale she made sure the home was locked up and keys etc. were left accessible for when we can return. The most important part to us was that Mary was a great person to work with.
