Shanti was our buyer's agent for purchasing our new home. She was extremely responsive (she actually met us on the first day to do a walkthrough of the house, pre-open-house, with less than an hour's notice!) and very helpful.Our process had some significant timeline snags and difficulties, including a lender who threw last-minute requirements into the closing process, and Shanti navigated them all with a great, positive outlook and communicated well with us.Even after the sale was closed and there was no more "money on the table", Shanti continued being available to us for a few months to help us transition through a rent-back period, communicate with the sellers-turned-renters, and navigate finding contractors to do some fix-up work in the new city we don't know our way around very well.I highly recommend Shanti for buyers (and probably sellers too, I just haven't had her sell anything yet).
