Alison and her team assisted us with the purchase of a vacation home in Tahoe Donner. During the initial phase of looking at our requirements and price range Alison was very efficient at identifying properties that matched our requirements. Even though inventory was low, she managed to find properties that matched our requirements. Once we identified a home we wanted to purchase Alison assisted us with understanding the process and facilitated the negotiation with the seller in a respectful and expedient manner. The seller was motivated and the negotiation went quickly. I had reservations and was a bit hesitant but Alison talked me through the transaction and the pros/cons and left the decision to me. Once the offer was accepted and Escrow began, Alison and her team(in particular Mari) were very thorough and forthcoming with information about inspections, prior owners, property questions, facilitating responses from the owner basically anything we needed with respect to the purchase. After escrow was closed Alison and her team continued to be available for questions and issues when taking possession of the property. Her team facilitated questions we had to the owner and made us feel like we were important to her and her team. Overall it was probably the best experience we have ever had purchasing a home.
