In the middle of a very stressful cross-country move, as plans were changing almost daily, the one constant was being able to set all my real estate worries aside and count on the support of Alex Fraioli. Alex never seems to stop working for me. He is incredibly responsive. Most days we carry on a continuing dialog (text, email, or call depending on my needs) and he never forgets what I am looking for regardless of how many times I have changed my mind. He has the rare ability to immediately re-prioritize if my situation or taste changes. He has a very pleasant patience about him. Alex has a blend of personability and professionalism that makes him enjoyable to work with and I greatly appreciate this. Not once has he assumed he knew what I wanted and tossed tons of houses at me. He listens intently and uses his experience and in-depth knowledge of Rhode Island to offer realistic and reasonable options. Since I have worked with Alex, his word and work ethic have become beyond reproach with me. I would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone, friend or family.
