Ryan and Juliana were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire selling and buying process. They were to give my wife and I the play by play before it even occurred. This was extremely helpful when it came to easing stressful situations. They were able to sell our our home in Coventry for our asking price along with receiving multiple offers in the process. In regards to buying, we took on the daunting task of building a home. It took approximately 5 months to complete. Many decisions had to be made, but both Ryan and Juliana were there every step of the way. They dealt with all of our problems in a timely and efficient manner. They could speak with the builder and his agent to achieve our final goal, our home. I say this with great respect for the both of them, as they are truly professionals in their craft. I would strongly recommend them to anyone, and would most certainly use them again.

Juliana and Ryan were amazing. This was our first time buying a home, and more or less we had no clue what we were doing. Ryan hopped on the phone with us and went through the purchase and sales agreement for almost 45 minutes in detail so we knew every in and out of what it meant. Juliana had her phone for every question or comment through the whole process...and even if the answer was obvious - made us feel like it was a great question and that no question was a bad one. They armed us with the tools we needed for a easy and very fast transition into home ownership. They were supportive, responsive and encouraging. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a home (esp if this is your first time due to their thoroughness) to use the Fraoli Wilson team....I already have! Thank you Juliana and Ryan - you guys couldnt have done better work.
