Buying a home through the Edge of the Beach team on Pawleys Island was a pleasure. As a buyer from out of state, I had a limited amount of time, and Joanne Gillet and Mary Battin enabled me to make full use of it. They were very knowledgeable about the properties I saw and the areas. Within the space of a week, I was able to find a place, make an offer and have it accepted, and have a home inspection. To accomplish all of that, Joanne and Mary obtained all of the answers to my questions and the appropriate documentation in a timely manner, and the home inspector, closing attorney, and insurance agency that they recommended were also very thorough and prompt in handling their aspects of the sale. I couldnt be happier with my experience, and I highly recommend Joanne and Mary. They were excellent!
