Honestly you will not find a finer realtor or person than Sarah Eden. My husband and I decided to make a lifestyle change for our family and move from Atlanta, GA to Tallahassee, FL. A trusted friend recommended Sarah to me and I reluctantly reached out as I really thought this move was far out on the horizon. I will be forever grateful that I made that call. In short, Sarah became like family to us and guided us through a very intricate process so beautifully that it almost seemed dare I say easy? She knows the local Tallahassee and surrounding markets so well and took the time to get to know us so well that it seemed as if she was reading our minds. She kept our son and our desires for him close at heart throughout the entire process. Our need for a home wound up being much faster than any of us anticipated. Sarah was there for us. Nothing is ever a problem for Sarah and she will advocate on your behalf like a lioness over cubs, but always with her special blend of style, class, incomparable work ethic, intelligence and humor. Crystal her administrative guru is simply first in class as well and completed our experience. Do you want searching for and purchasing a home to be as anxiety-free as it possibly could be? If so, then I would definitely recommend using Crystal as your realtor. My fiancee and I were not even initially looking to immediately purchase a home when I came upon a home Crystal had listed herself as an agent that ticked all of the boxes we knew we would one day be looking for in our forever home. Crystal was superbly responsive from my initial text to her at 10:00 p.m. the night I saw the home (asking whether the home had a good-sized yard) to meeting me for an appointment to actually view the home less than 24 hours later. On top of that, once I stepped inside the home and immediately fell in love, Crystal was kind, patient, and helpful. As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions for her, and she answered them all honestly (and, we later found, correctly!) Crystal told me that if we wanted the home, we would have to move on it fast - because it was priced so reasonably. She gave honest, unexaggerated, well-reasoned advice, but (and I appreciated this) - did not rush me or my slower-to-commit fiancee into a decision. She was also extremely patient, sitting with me inside of the home for 45 minutes while we waited for my fiancee to drive to the home from the other side of the city so he could see it before the next day. As we moved forward with the purchasing process, Crystal also showed her commitment to ethical dealings. She, representing both myself as the buyer and the sellers, too, was not present in the room when the sellers were given our offer (because she did not want to inappropriately influence their decision in any way). I respected this. Further, I appreciated how I felt Crystal treated both the sellers and my fiancee and I equally - but equally wonderfully. I never felt as if she put the sellers first, but I also never felt that I was treated with anything other than kindness, respect, and a straightforward demeanor. Further, every recommendation Crystal made regarding the process (from the appraiser to the financer) was on-point and professional. We did hit a small snag with one of Crystals recommendations (an honest human error), and Crystal, when we told her of the issue, acted immediately to help solve it. As this was my first homebuying experience, I have no other experience to compare it to. However, I would not hesitate to purchase a home again because of how smoothly this purchase went - in large part, I believe, to Crystal and her tireless efforts, constant communication, and personable demeanor.
