Erin was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is a true professional and the only realtor we would recommend to family and friends looking to buy in the greater Denver area. We first met with her over coffee where she explained the home buying process, timeline, and financial commitments. This was our first time buying a house or working through the mortgage application and she was available for any stressors that arose throughout. She had excellent knowledge on all of the areas/subdivisions we were interested in and was more than happy to show us houses wherever we asked. Her communication was clear, precise, and consistent from the initial contact with Ed Prather Real Estate to closing on our house. She had no problem explaining legal documents line by line with patience and excellent explanations for any questions we had. As a first time home buyer, I really leaned on her expertise and she was always there to provide answers and insight. Throughout the months-long process, she responded to every call and text within minutes. In the end, we found the perfect home in a great location and we got it for well under the listing price and with seller credits that Erin put in the contract, I ended up getting money back at closing!
