We were new to the home buying process however are very detail oriented and did a lot of research before starting our search. Jenna earned our trust quickly with her attention to detail, follow through, and patience, as we asked numerous questions and considered multiple scenarios during our purchase. She showed up early and was always prepared. When we were unable to make our inspection due to car trouble, she took videos of each room inspection and outdoor inspection and sent them to us as the inspection was happening. We did not ask her to do this - she was proactive and took control.Jenna's responsiveness and resourcefulness was impressive. There wasn't anything she did not answer. If she did not have an immediate answer, she knew where to get one and let us know what she was going to do.Furthermore, after we purchased the house and the deal was done, Jenna showed up to service appointments at our home and had our locks changed for us as we live out of town and could not get there.Our first home buying process was much easier than I imagined. Jenna was truly a coach as she walked us seamlessly through all the steps. We feel lucky to have worked with her and would highly recommend her.

Anyone who wants to buy in Davis should come to Jenna first! My wife and I recently bought our dream home, and without Jenna, I am sure that our dreams would not have become reality.
