Sandy was a true pleasure to work with throughout the process of both buying our new house and selling our old one. Even though the process seemed a bit stressful to us at times, not having done this in 25 years, she was always calm and on top of things, no matter what time of night or day. She answered all of our questions promptly, thoroughly explained things we didn't understand, talked to lawyers when necessary, never hesitated to contact other agents about homes we were interested in. We were very pleased with the professionals she recommended to do our inspections, financing, etc. During our selling process, she was right on about how to prepare our house for sale, which photographer to use for the pictures, when the optimal time to list it, how much to list it for.
