Sandy was a true pleasure to work with throughout the process of both buying our new house and selling our old one. Even though the process seemed a bit stressful to us at times, not having done this in 25 years, she was always calm and on top of things, no matter what time of night or day. She answered all of our questions promptly, thoroughly explained things we didn't understand, talked to lawyers when necessary, never hesitated to contact other agents about homes we were interested in. We were very pleased with the professionals she recommended to do our inspections, financing, etc. During our selling process, she was right on about how to prepare our house for sale, which photographer to use for the pictures, when the optimal time to list it, how much to list it for. She handled all offers professionally and truly got us the best deal possible because she was willing to keep working it. We highly recommend Sandy to anyone buying or selling a home.

We were assigned to Sandy with short notice by our relocation company after we did not receive responses from two other real estate companies. She immediately called us and ask all the right questions and set clear expectations about what we would find in the local market during our house hunting trip. Once we arrived we had a long list of properties to look at over several days and Sandy did an excellent job explaining the properties but more important was her knowledge of the amenities of the areas. Overall I have to give Sandy a "Very Impressive, Masterful, Immediate and excellent" review for her professionalism, responsiveness and expertise in the local market. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home and in fact our son plans on using her when he relocates to the area next year. She was a true pleasure to work with.
