As first time home buyers, my wife and I were unsure about what to expect in buying a home. We had surely done our research, but neither one of us are financial experts by any means. We were also moving from out of state for a new job and were unfamiliar with the market in our new area.Chris Dyer set our minds at ease throughout the entire home-buying experience. He was extremely thoughtful with each home he selected to show us and even coached us on what types of questions to ask and how to conduct ourselves before walking into each home. This was invaluable to us as quite frankly we had no idea what we were doing!Chris took his time as he explained every step of our process and executed phenomenal patience and clarity regardless of how many questions we bombarded him with. He was able to give us almost any answer we needed right off the top of his head, and if he couldn't, he called up our lender or the selling agent and got back to us sometimes within minutes.What makes Chris so amazing at what he does is that his extensive experience is coupled with next-level consumer care. He was not only able to adequately answer our questions and navigate our negotiation process flawlessly, but also truly made us feel cared for and attended to throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive throughout the home search, purchase negotiations, and closing process. He followed through on each and every promise he made and delivered us to a beautiful home which we absolutely adore.I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend Christ Dyer to anyone looking to purchase a home in this area. He did such a great job helping us find our current home that I don't know if he'll ever get our business again! But if we're ever looking to make a change, I know who I'm calling.

We were moving from Pennsylvania to Florida and relied on Chris and his expertise of the area to help us a find a first great place to live. From the the first phone call we felt Chris took the time to really hear details about our family and our ideal home to match us with a house in Florida. Upon our visit to Florida to begin the search we valued the knowledge Chris had of different communities and towns.
