Working with Chris is the smartest decision we made when buying our home. He was excellent at listening to us, then applying our feedback while simultaneously communicating impactful details to help guide us into the best situation possible. He took time on the initial call to really dive into what we were looking for. When at a showing, buyers see things more through an emotional lens, but he goes through the little details you will skip over and explains how or if they will be impactful to you. He scheduled viewings around our schedule, and in a way where we could conveniently see multiple places in a short amount of time. He provided excellent advice when creating an offer to help it stand out amongst a crowded market. He helped us close within a month of our offer being accepted and at no point did we feel rushed to do anything because he provides a perfect, realistic timeline of when to get everything completed by. His follow-up is great as he kept everything on schedule, provided additional tips/advice throughout the process, and was present for every inspection/walk-through. He really went above and beyond with his availability and thoroughness from start to even after closing.
