Genelle assisted us with locating the perfect place for us in turning the next page in life! My wife & I met Genelle for the first time over the phone then at the 1st location available where she was extremely professional yet made you feel like you were reuniting with an old friend! The first home was great but we wanted to to see more locations. Genelle set-up to meet at our second location & everything was perfect for us! A good realtor will tell you before you start your search that you will know & "feel" the place is "your home"! That's what we experienced when we finished our time there! Genelle set-up the process immediately & guided us through & explained each step of the process where we had questions! The Escrow co. was very efficient working with Genelle & us & we moved in within a month! Genelle made the whole experience fun & not stressful! I would highly recommend buying (& selling) with Genelle as your guide! She is someone who we are proud to now call "Friend"!

Working with Sarah as my realtor in Big Bear was an outstanding experience! I am not a Big Bear local, so when searching for a Realtor, I wanted someone who knows the local area and would provide their advice and opinion when making a buying decision. I really wanted a Cabin in town close to the lake and skiing and since Sarah grew up in Big Bear, she knows the area well. She is also well connected which has been extremely helpful as I went through the process of purchasing and renovating my cabin. Sarah truly wants to make her clients happy and is willing to go the extra mile even when it's not her responsibility. Without Sarah's local knowledge and willingness to help out when I can't physically be in Big Bear was very much appreciated. I can honestly say that Sarah overdelivered in every way. She cares about her clients and she is definitley NOT a transactional Realtor who just wants to close a deal for a commision. I'm so happy to have found Sarah and I couldn't recommend her more.
