Does Karl Zahn deserve five stars? Well, that's debatable. In his defense he did find us a great first house in less than two months. And to his credit he was very responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable. However, there are some things about Karl you might want to know. He calls himself a "comedian" and purports to have a "Zahn-tarage", but his sense of humor is lackluster at best. We had to subject our poor, innocent six month old twins to his antics for nearly two months while we looked at a number of houses in the Nashua area. That being said, we did get a "sandwich" at the local diner, courtesy of Karl, along with some, um, interesting comments about a 1967 Corvette. And he did put up with my choice words about some of the places we saw, along with our desire to find the perfect abode at any cost. In all fairness, I have to admit that Karl is a rockstar realtor and he was truly a pleasure to work. He was recommended to us by a colleague and my husband and I were highly impressed with his knowledge of the market, area, home values, etc. Karl is certainly not a gimmicky salesman (as evidenced by his denim tuxedo and 1990 Buick Skylark) and is about as "New Hampshire" and straight up as they come.
