As part of a work-related move from Minnesota to Louisiana, Opha was initially recommended to me by my relocation company. As my family was completely unfamiliar with the area, we were looking to work with a realtor who had extensive knowledge of the Shreveport-Bossier City housing market, and Opha exceeded all our of expectations in this regard. Based upon our list of aEURoemust-havesaEUR?, she was able to put together a detailed list of properties, from which we narrowed down the homes we were seriously interested in walking through. Also important to us was the quality of the local schools, and Opha was able to effectively advise us concerning homes and associated schools that would best match the needs of our family. Due to the timing of our relocation, another challenge for us was finding and selecting a home within a three-day weekend. Opha was completely prepared for our arrival, and she was highly accommodating to my wifes travel delays while flying down for our aEURoeone-and-onlyaEUR? house hunting trip. As a result, we successfully navigated through our entire list of scheduled showings within the first two days. Throughout this process, Opha demonstrated an ability to answer all of our questions related to each house, everything from the list of associated schools that our daughters would attend to the nearby amenities such as shopping and dining. This is a little later than intended, our family moved back to the South Bossier area summer of 2017. We wanted to get settled and wait a few months before we decided on our review. A "new to you" house is hard to review. We knew instantly after speaking with Dianne that she was the agent for us! She and her team are driven to make sure your family finds the right home for you and will go to great lengths to ensure the experience results in just that. We were typical buyers, we want as much home for as little money as possible. Dianne was patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, she really knows how to put herself in the family's mindset and has a ready to fire list of homes to show based on this. We love our new home, and our neighborhood and highly recommend this team and anyone they recommend to assist in the process, from lenders to home inspectors, they have the network and connections to get it done!
