My husband and I reached out to Mari with pretty much no hope that we would be able to purchase a home, but because of the sky-rocketing rental prices we inquired just to see what she would say. The process of pre-approval was easy, and much to our surprise we qualified-- and we had options! After Mari eased our anxieties and we looked around for about a month or two to see what our money could get us, we settled on purchasing a new build. And let me tell you, purchasing a new build is a whole different ball game. If you are thinking of buying a new build, I recommend you have Mari guide you before even going to look at them. Thanks to Mari, we are living in our very own first home (and it feels so good to own!) with an interest rate that isn't breaking the bank and we were able to play the builders game like pros.

First of all I would like to thank all of the Employees at E3 Reality & Loans, they were on point with everything every step of the way when purchasing my home. I initially wanted to see if I could get pre-approved and the next thing I know I am looking at houses a week later. We found a beautiful home in Lodi, CA on our first trip out to look at houses and I fell In love. We put in an offer and it got accepted almost immediately. We jumped a few hurdles and before I knew it I was a home owner. I could not have done this with out the team at E3. I panicked many time, but Chris and Mari reassured me every time that ?We got this,? and we did get it. Mari and Chris are another breed when it come to getting you into your house.
